Advising

All CLS applicants are required to meet with a Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences faculty advisor.

It is to your advantage to receive advisement early in the program curriculum. Advisement generally takes about 30 minutes and is intended to inform you of CLS career opportunities, program policies, curriculum requirements and application procedures. To schedule an appointment, call 801-626-6118 or 1-800-848-7770, extension 6118, or see the CLS secretary.

We recommend that all students meet with a CLS faculty advisor at least once each semester to assess your progress in completing program requirements. Appointments can be scheduled with the CLS secretary or with your faculty advisor.
