The Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy helps the Registered Respiratory Therapist to further their career and reach a higher level of professionalism. Credit hour requirements will depend on the student and how many general education and upper division credit hours they need to meet Weber State University's standards for graduation with a Bachelor's degree. In addition to meeting these general education and degree requirements, the student must complete an addditional five-semester credit hours of upper-division Respiratory Therapy; chosen in consultation with a faculty member.
To apply for a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, students must be a RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist). If you are not a RRT, click here for information to apply for the Advanced-Level Respiratory Therapy program.
