The Learning Resource Center provides a central location for students in the Marriott Allied Health Sciences Building to take tests, use computers and find reserve materials, books and audio/visual aids.
The center currently utilizes Macintosh computers which can operate in both PC and Mac environments. The testing center also utilizes a Macintosh environment for administering computer testing.
The Open Lab computers are available for student use and are capable of operating the Microsoft Office products, Adobe Products as well as Web access. The computers are also able to Print documents in black and white as well as performing duplex printing options. A scanner is also available for student use in the open lab.
The Center also provides technical assistance for the A/V and recording equipment in the building classrooms and manages classroom and simulation lab scheduling.
Most Dumke College of Health Professions departments have students take tests at the center, which provides paper and computerized (Chi Tester) testing. However all campus Chi Testing is welcome and accommodated in the testing center to better service students throughout WSU.
Any Weber State student may utilize the LRC computer lab and testing center and the staff at the help desk are always available to answer questions you may have.
