
There are five entry-options for the School of Nursing: PN, PN to RN (RN Completion), RN, RN to BSN, and BSN-MSN.
The PN program leads to an institutional certificate and to licensure by examination as a PN. The PN to RN (RN Completion) program and RN programs lead to an Associate's degree (AAS/AS) and licensure by examination as a Registered Nurse. The RN to BSN program requires valid RN licensure prior to entry and leads to a Bachelor's degree.
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course is required of all accepted PN or RN applicants. A copy of the certificate of achievement or CNA recertification letter must be provided by the first day of the semester applicants were accepted to.
