Radiologic Technology (AAS)
Students can take the first step in the Radiologic Sciences program by earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Radiologic Technology/Radiography, which allows students to work as an x-ray technician. As students move through the program, they are required to complete 24 hours a week of clinical education, providing students with a hands-on education.
The Radiography program may be completed through WSU-Ogden, Provo (through Utah Valley Regional Medical Center), and various Outreach locations in Utah and surrounding areas. Students may apply to multiple locations.
**Before scheduling an appointment with a Pre-Radiologic Technology advisor, please print the 'Radiologic Technology Applicant Checklist' and watch the 'Radiologic Technology Applicant Checklist Advising Video,' as many frequently asked questions will be answered.
