Health Sciences Enrollment
This year we added seven more HLTH SCI 1110 labs and four more HLTH SCI 1111 labs to help with the jump in our enrollment.
Dr. DeFriez, with the help of Dr. Craig Gundy as film recorder, created more interactive instruction with department instructors and professors recording teaching videos on labs and lectures. Now students can receive more instructions through these and podcasts at www.online.weber.edu/itunesu.
Also our resident math instructor, Louise Tate, just published a biomedical math textbook to help students learn how to do calculations of pharmaceuticals they may use on the job. All in all we are doing well with our enrollment.
