Students will learn about and perform laboratory tests vital to the detection, differential diagnosis, treatment and study of diseases. Additionally, students will learn to evaluate laboratory test results, correlate with patient information and problem solve as necessary. Undergraduate research projects are part of the Bachelor of Science curriculum.
Our Bachelor of Science degree offers two learning tracks: one for students intending to work as clinical laboratory scientists, and another, pre-professional curriculum for those who intend to apply to medical, veterinary, dental or other graduate schools.
