Multicultural Youth Conference Scholarships
This scholarship is worth $2,500 per year.
The scholarship will be awarded to a student who has the best blend of the following criteria:
- Leadership and commitment as shown by co curricular activities in the arts and humanities and involvement in the community
- Academic potential as shown by grade point average (with most recent semesters counting more heavily) and ACT scores
- Financial need
- Interest in a the arts and humanities as shown by willingness to declare a major in the A&H College (Communication, English, Languages, Performing Arts, Visual Arts)
- Diversity that the applicant would bring to the A&H College
In order to maintain eligibility for the scholarship a recipient must:
- Major in a program in the College of Arts & Humanities
- Complete a minimum of 12 credits per semester while maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA
- Receive regular academic advisement, as directed
