Supplemental Materials

In addition to the program review standards, self-study and appendices, and the report guidelines, this section contains supplemental materials that you may wish to use. These materials may be sent to the members of the Program Review Evaluation Team as a complete packet or in subsets throughout the review process. Dependent upon the college, these materials may be used by the Dean, Department Chair, and/or Program Coordinator. Supplemental materials are optional and may be used as is or adusted to meet the specific needs of the college/program.
