Program Review Evaluation Team Report Guidelines
(Revised July 2004)
The Program Review Evaluation Team prepares a 3-5 page narrative report, consistent with the self-study standards, addressing all self-study standards (A-H), which identifies the following:
- program strengths - referencing Standard where appropriate
- program challenges
- areas where the program did not meet the standards and why - reference standards
- recommendations for change - suggested changes for meeting the standards
- additional recommendations from the review team
