Transition Days
    
It is strongly recommended that entering transfer students attend Transition Day prior to registering for classes. Transition Day provides you will the tools you will need to succeed at Weber State and it’s a lot of fun too! You’ll be able to learn all about the campus and make new friends. You will also become familiar with:
    
-    Student services and activities
-    Procedures for obtaining parking permits, Wildcards, and Wildcat accounts
-    University Policies and Procedures
-    How your transfer courses meet General Education requirements
-    Requirements for Bachelor degrees
-    Transfer articulation

Campus Visits

If you are interested in transferring to Weber State University from Salt Lake Community College, Snow College, College of Eastern Utah, or Dixie State College, then you have the opportunity to meet with one of our transfer advisors without leaving your campus! Advisors will be available to answer your questions about course articulations, major options, admissions requirements, General Education and Bachelor degree requirements, and any other information you need about transferring to Weber.

Peer Mentors

Are you nervous about transferring? Would you like to speak with someone who has transferred to Weber from your school? Then contact one of our Peer Mentors!

Peer mentors are available to you to answer questions about what it’s like to transfer, what Weber is like from a student’s perspective, where are the hot spots in Ogden, what courses are good to take, how can you get involved, what resources are available to you, and much more!

Peer mentors are available each day for online chats or you can call to make an appointment to meet with or take a campus tour with a peer mentor by contacting the Transfer Center Office.
